Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Procurement Associate to collaborate with merchant, forecasting, warehouse operations, and accounts payable teams. You will ensure timely delivery and specification conformance of raw materials to Wonder production and distribution facilities.

• 2+ years in a supply chain role, preferably food experience in foodservice or retail setting.

• Has a sense of urgency & great attention to detail.
• Able to grasp concepts quickly and apply the learning.
• Self-starter that does not mind seeking answers & information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with supplier partners via email, virtual meetings & direct calls.
• Sustain proper inventory levels by evaluating/submitting purchase orders & ensuring on-time delivery.
• Address and rectify any quality concerns of raw materials presented by culinary & operational teams to supplier partners.
• Communicate forecasting changes to supplier partners.
• Work cross-functionally to meet launch dates of new raw materials.
• Evaluate reporting to minimize waste at production & distribution facilities.

About The Opportunity

As a Procurement Associate for Wonder you will work collaboratively & cross functionally with the merchant team, forecasting team & warehouse operations & accounts payable. You will ensure that all raw materials arrive to the Wonder production & distribution facilities in time and in specification.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

New Jersey: $75,000 - 78,500 per year.

Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
