Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Procurement Associate to work with the merchant, forecasting, warehouse operations and accounts payable. You will help ensure raw materials arrive on time and to specification across Wonder’s production and distribution facilities.

You will build relationships with supplier partners, maintain inventory levels, and address quality concerns while supporting cross-functional launches and waste reduction initiatives.

• 2+ years in a supply chain role, preferably in foodservice or retail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with supplier partners via email, virtual meetings, and direct calls.
• Maintain proper inventory levels by evaluating/submitting purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Address and rectify any quality concerns of raw materials with culinary and operational teams and suppliers.
• Communicate forecasting changes to supplier partners.
• Work cross-functionally to meet launch dates of new raw materials.
• Evaluate reporting to minimize waste at production and distribution facilities.

About The Opportunity

As a Procurement Associate for Wonder you will work collaboratively & cross functionally with the merchant team, forecasting team, warehouse operations & accounts payable. You will ensure that all raw materials arrive to the Wonder production & distribution facilities in time and in specification.

• Sustain proper inventory levels by evaluating/submitting purchase orders & ensuring they are delivered on time.

• Address & rectify any quality concerns of raw materials presented by culinary & operational teams to supplier partners.

• Communicate forecasting changes to supplier partners.

• Work cross-functionally to meet launch dates of new raw materials.

• Evaluate reporting to minimize waste at production & distribution facilities

• 2+ years in a supply chain position, preferably food experience within foodservice or retail setting

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You’re welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

New Jersey: $75,000 - 78,500 per year.

Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate’s skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
