Center Parcs is seeking a Procurement Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract from late September 2026 to early September 2027. You will provide first-line procurement support to internal stakeholders and suppliers, handle inbox queries, purchase orders, and system updates while helping to drive improvements across procurement processes.
This role offers hybrid working with two days in the office and three days at home, a 9 to 5 schedule, and a 150 per 4-week period workload.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Procurement team as a Procurement Assistant. Reporting to the Procurement Compliance & Applications Manager, you’ll provide first-line support to internal stakeholders and suppliers, helping to keep our procurement processes, systems and day-to-day administration running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone organised, detail-focused and confident communicating with a range of people. You’ll need a flexible approach, the ability to manage varied tasks and an interest in supporting improvements across the Procurement function.
Please note this is a fixed-term contract from 28th September 2026 to 3rd September 2027
You will be contracted to work 150 per 4-week period (37.5 per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm.
Please note, this role will be hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days home-working.
