Job summary

Applied Research Solutions (ARS) is seeking a full-time Assistant Buyer to support the procurement department with purchasing material, parts, and services in our Beavercreek, OH office located at The Greene. ARS will provide training and no procurement experience is required.

Responsibilities include requesting quotes, preparing audit-compliant files, entering and issuing purchase orders, and stocking office supplies.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Microsoft Office experience required (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must be able to work in-office 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday.
• Motivated, quick learner with good correspondence skills.

Responsibilities

• Request quotes for goods and services
• Prepare audit compliant files
• Enter and issue purchase orders for goods and services
• Inventory and restock office supplies
