Under the immediate supervision of the Procurement Officer, performs semi-skilled work in operating a variety of general hauling equipment for the moving of construction and maintenance materials, small equipment, and supplies. Monitors the flow of materials, components, tooling, and paperwork to conform to all schedules. Assists the Procurement team with procurement, storage, and inventory control, shipping and receiving, and distribution of materials for projects and repair work to meet TNHA's objectives and repair requirements.

This role frequently involves working outside in cold weather and requires regular physical activity, including heavy lifting. The work environment is both indoor and outdoor, often in cold weather conditions. It may involve working around heavy machinery and in areas with varying noise levels.
