Job Duties

The Virginia Department of Veteran Services is a seeking a part-time experienced Procurement Assistant. This position will be responsible for using an agency issued Small Purchase charge card SPCC for payment of invoices in a high-volume environment. SPCC payments will be made for orders self-entered and for orders entered and placed by other divisions. Will coordinate with other divisions to obtain supporting documents when paying their invoices. Will coordinate with ordering division staff from time of requisition entry, purchase order, receipt, and payment.
