Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC seeks a talented Program Manager to lead a dynamic network engineering team in a unique mission space. You will work closely with the customer, the project integrator, network engineers and architects to ensure systems meet requirements and timelines.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering, 8+ years in program management, TS/SCI with polygraph, strong communication, and proven expertise in network engineering management and design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Program Management.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single POC for contract performance and lead team project execution.
• Plan and direct timely and successful completion of SOW efforts.
• Track and report program metrics (cost/schedule/technical/operational/quality).
• Ensure systems meet performance, security, and functional requirements.
• Create and maintain programmatic/technical artifacts.
• Manage resources to deliver qualified, cleared personnel for customer tasks.
• Establish training plans to evolve skills and avoid single points of failure.

Nightwing is seeking a talented Program Manager to lead a dynamic network engineering team in a unique mission space. This position will work closely with the customer, the project integrator, the network engineers and architects to ensure our systems meet customer requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Single POC for contract performance.
• Leads team project execution.
• Plans & directs the timely & successful completion of Statement of Work efforts.
• Tracks & reports program metrics:(Cost/Schedule/Technical/Operational/Quality).
• Ensures systems are built to meet performance, security, and functional requirements.
• Creates, reviews & maintains programmatic/technical artifacts.
• Manages resources to deliver qualified, properly cleared personnel to address customer tasks.
• Establishes training plans to maintain and evolve skills, while ensuring no single points of failure within the program.
• Prepares and presents briefings, white papers, use cases and concept papers to capture future system changes for customer decision making.
• Manage the relationship with the customer, Nightwing, and relevant stakeholders.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Program Management Project Management Professional Certification.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Day Strong teamwork, team management, and interpersonal skills at all management levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise with Network Engineering management and design.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to set and manage expectations for scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with collaborative project management tools.
• Managing global dispersed teams.

• Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area.

Salary & Benefits

The salary associated with this position ($99,000-$206,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.

Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
