Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement and Facilities Manager to oversee our organization's physical workplaces and lead our strategic sourcing initiatives. In this dual-focus role, you will ensure our buildings are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently while managing vendor contracts and procurement pipelines. You will directly supervise our maintenance team, manage related program budgets, and ensure all operations strictly adhere to federal, state, local, and agency regulations.

• Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations to guarantee building safety, code compliance, and lawful procurement protocols across all agency locations.
• Strategic Sourcing & Contract Management: Proven experience in end-to-end purchasing, managing vendor relations, negotiating contracts, and optimizing supplier performance.
