Job summary

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required or eligible DoD civilian employee/armed forces with certain contracting authority.
• 4 years of acquisition experience is required.
• Specialized experience at GS-13 level or equivalent for GS-14.

Responsibilities

• Identify procurement process issues of high visibility and criticality to the agency.
• Study policies and assess impact on processes, systems, data, and customers.
• Develop and manage KPIs and metrics for procurement performance.
• Develop guidance for enterprise-wide procurement processes and internal controls.
• Support audits and responses to Congressional, GAO, or IG investigations.
