Gerdau Ameristeel Corp. is seeking a Procurement Systems Analyst to analyze data and deliver insights that support procurement processes. You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports, coordinate improvement projects, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.

The role emphasizes collaboration across stakeholders, building predictive models, and leveraging AI-enabled analytics to drive business outcomes. Travel is limited to a couple of trips per year.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, data science, data analysis, or related area; 2–4 years BI or analytics experience.
• Proficient with Power BI, Databricks, and statistical analysis; experience with Azure and automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in planning data analysis projects end-to-end; SAP & Ariba preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and manage efficient dashboards, reports, and scorecards to monitor KPIs and benchmarks; provide timely insights to procurement leadership.
• Lead and coordinate projects, build action plans, and drive improvements with minimal supervision.
• Create actionable insights through data exploration and predictive analysis to support procurement strategies.
