Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join the Procurement Analytics team within the Strategy and Insights group. You will frame and answer operational and strategic questions from senior management, build dashboards, and support enterprise procurement insights.

The role requires collaboration and independent work, with a hybrid in-office expectation for candidates within 50 miles of select offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of experience, or master's degree with no professional experience, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (SAS, Emblem).
• Knowledge of data query languages and tools (SQL and Snowflake).
• Strong planning, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
• Knowledge of data sources, tools, statistical principles, methodologies, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and recommendations to influence Enterprise Procurement strategies and goals.
• Present analysis clearly to influence others.
• Develop and produce dashboards and reports to monitor operational and spend metrics.
• Assist in maintaining and improving the current reporting infrastructure.
• Identify issues in tools, processes and data sources and suggest improvements.
