Job summary

Cypress HCM in Nashville seeks a Procurement Analytics & AI Transformation lead to turn Asana data into decision-ready dashboards, build a central SharePoint landing page for procurement, and roll out practical AI tools and training across the function.

You will design and launch dashboards, establish daily data refreshes, socialize solutions with stakeholders, develop AI training materials, host sessions, and create reusable prompts and templates to accelerate sourcing and savings analyses.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in data analytics, BI/dashboard development, or reporting automation
• Proficiency with a modern BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau and strong Excel; SharePoint experience preferred
• Experience applying generative AI tools to business workflows and training non-technical users
• Ability to work directly from Asana as a live data source and translate messy inputs into clean reporting
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical work to a non-technical executive audience

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch a dynamic dashboard giving leadership visibility into pipeline progress, Tower health, needed interventions, and upcoming priorities.
• Develop a daily refresh capability so dashboards reflect the latest Asana data without manual rebuilding.
• Socialize the dashboard suite across Procurement stakeholders and gather feedback to guide iteration.
• Scope, design, build, and launch a centralized SharePoint site as the single source for Procurement's content and resources.
• Drive adoption of the landing page across the team and keep content current as the program evolves.
• Develop training materials for high-value AI use cases - drafting sourcing documents, evaluating proposals, vendor communications, negotiation prep, and savings analyses/dashboards.
