Job Description
Procurement Strategic Initiatives & Transformation
This role turns Procurement's Asana data and initiative pipeline into dynamic, decision-ready reporting and brings AI automation into the team's daily workflows. It combines hands-on dashboard development with building the Procurement SharePoint landing page and rolling out practical AI tools and training across the function.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and launch a dynamic dashboard giving leadership visibility into pipeline progress, Tower health, needed interventions, and upcoming priorities.
- Develop a daily refresh capability so dashboards reflect the latest Asana data without manual rebuilding.
- Socialize the dashboard suite across Procurement stakeholders and gather feedback to guide iteration.
Procurement SharePoint Landing Page
- Scope, design, build, and launch a centralized SharePoint site as the single source for Procurement's key content, reference materials, and resources.
- Drive adoption of the landing page across the team and keep content current as the program evolves.
AI Enablement for Procurement
- Develop training materials for high-value AI use cases - drafting sourcing documents, evaluating proposals, vendor communications, negotiation prep, and savings analyses/dashboards.
- Host training sessions and recurring office hours to build team-wide AI fluency.
- Provide a starter library of prompts, templates, and workflows the team can reuse for common procurement tasks.
- Identify and help implement automation opportunities within Asana, such as data checks and approval flows, in partnership with the Asana Expert team.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years in data analytics, BI/dashboard development, or reporting automation, ideally with procurement or finance data.
- Proficiency with a modern BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau and strong Excel skills. SharePoint site-building experience preferred.
- Practical, hands-on experience applying generative AI tools to real business workflows, plus the ability to train non-technical users.
- Comfortable working directly from Asana as a live data source and translating messy inputs into clean, trustworthy reporting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical work to a non-technical executive audience.
