Job summary

Prince Contracting, LLC is seeking a procurement coordinator to join our Augusta, GA team. You will evaluate vendors, enforce procurement policies, and manage analytics and reporting for projects.

The role supports contract creation and negotiation under supervision and collaborates with the preconstruction team on new opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or construction management and 1+ year of related construction experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain or Construction Management preferred.
• 1+ year related construction experience preferred.
• Introductory knowledge of Microsoft Office with general database utilization.

Responsibilities

• Qualifies and evaluates vendors of materials, subcontractors and service providers.
• Communicates and enforces procurement policies to district and project teams.
• Collects and maintains procurement analytics, reporting and deliverables.
• Maintains records of goods ordered and received; supports AP reconciliation.
• Assists in creation and negotiation of contracts under supervision.
• Supports preconstruction team on opportunities and projects.
• Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.
