Job summary

The role involves processing procurement records, supporting RFPs, vendor setup, and contract workspaces, and assisting senior agents to ensure cost savings and efficient spend management.

You will develop supplier pre-qualification, participate in SRM scorecards, and help identify process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
0–3 years related experience.
Basic knowledge of business and financial principles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with MS Office.

Responsibilities

Update, process, and approve procurement records as directed.
Provide admin and data support for RFPs, pricing analysis, contract workspaces, new vendor setup, PO and contract revisions, data analytics.
Provide transactional support to senior agents for procurement.
Assist in PO and Contract Workspace life cycle management.
Assist production and data analysis to support SRM scorecards.
Identify cost savings and opportunities to improve Tier II spend and sustainability.
Support sourcing, negotiation, and contracting for small value contracts under supervision.
Develop sources of supply and supplier pre-qualification activities.
Engage with groups to present proposed solutions for approval.
Execute low-complexity process improvements.
