Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support sourcing projects from start to finish, under the direction of Sourcing Agents and Senior Sourcing Agents. You will help with vendor setup, RFP support, data analytics, and contract life-cycle tasks while contributing to cost-savings initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 0–3 years of related work, and strong communication skills with proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Updates and processes procurement records as directed.
• Provides admin and data collection support for RFPs, pricing analysis, contract workspaces, and vendor setup.
• Supports PO and Contract Workspace life cycles and SRM scorecards.
• Assists senior agents with cost savings and spend reporting.
• Develops sources of supply and supplier pre-qualification activities.
• Coordinates procurement schedules and supplier pre-qualification activities.
• Supports implementation of low complexity solutions and process improvements.
