The role focuses on cost reduction, supplier collaboration, and process improvement across multiple departments in an on-site setting. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Proficiency with SAP and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and audit purchasing processes for indirect materials.
• Review requisitions and create purchase orders in line with policies.
• Evaluate supplier quotes, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Track savings and cost-reduction initiatives monthly.
• Support supplier contract management and compliance.
• Coordinate supplier setup and master data maintenance.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and other departments to optimize procurement.
