Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and conducting solicitations, evaluating bids and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the solicitation process for commodities and services.
• Act as a liaison between College community and vendors.
• Review and evaluate competitive quote documentation.

Skills
