Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Internship, co-op, part-time, or project experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, purchasing, operations, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems or procurement software.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement, spending, and supplier data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking tools using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with purchase order creation, processing, and tracking.
• Support vendor onboarding and maintain accurate supplier records.
• Monitor contract and purchase order compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather purchasing requirements and resolve procurement-related issues.
• Track and report key procurement metrics, including spend, savings, and supplier performance.
• Reconcile procurement records and help ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Assist with sourcing activities, including gathering vendor quotes and conducting market research.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for management review.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within procurement processes.
