Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Procurement Analyst for Trio Community Meals in Pearl, MS. You will drive procurement efficiency for infrastructure projects, manage vendor contracts, and collaborate with IT and facilities teams to align with budgets.

Excellent data analysis with Power BI/Tableau and Excel skills is required. The role combines analytics, process optimization, and strategic sourcing to deliver cost savings while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, infrastructure management, BI, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a Procurement Analyst to our Trio Community Meals team. The Procurement Analyst is responsible for driving procurement efficiency, supporting infrastructure-related procurement needs, and leveraging business intelligence tools to deliver data-driven insights. This role combines analytical expertise, process optimization, and technical knowledge to enhance procurement and infrastructure operations while aligning with organizational goals.

What you'll be doing:
  • Manage procurement activities for infrastructure-related projects, including IT systems, hardware, and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and budgets in infrastructure procurement.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand infrastructure requirements and negotiate contracts with vendors.
  • Oversee contract renewals and vendor performance evaluations.

  • Determine data analysis methods to identify procurement inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Recommend supplier strategies based on performance metrics and market trends.

  • Evaluate infrastructure-related procurement processes and suggest improvements.
What we're looking for:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, infrastructure management, business intelligence, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on interpreting complex datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure procurement, including IT systems and facilities.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
