Dexian is seeking a data-driven procurement analyst to support pricing decisions, supplier performance monitoring, and data-oriented cost reduction initiatives.

The role involves pulling data from systems, preparing presentations for price approvals, and collaborating with buyers while maintaining the ability to work independently in a fully on-site office environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree required; an Associate's degree is accepted with extensive experience.
• 3-4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Internships accepted as job experience.
• Experience with buyers, procurement, and supplier performance data is valued.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data including pricing and cost drivers.
• Prepare documentation for price increase approvals and stakeholder presentations.
• Analyze supplier data such as shipping performance, quality, and pricing.
• Assist in cost reduction analysis and supplier performance reviews.
• Pull data from systems and create presentations for internal teams.
• Collaborate with team but work independently when needed.

Pay Range: $30-32/hr

Job Description

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

• Complete analysis of financial data - Work grief such as pricing, etc.
• Support team by complete completing documentation for price increase approvals, presentations, etc.
• Analyze and maintain supplier data such as shipping performance, quality data, or pricing
• Reason/motivation for request: - Backfill

Typical task breakdown:

• Pulling data from systems and analyzing it
• Putting together presentations - Working with suppliers on improving metrics
• Analyzing spend to data to help find cost reductions Interaction with team:
• A lot of interaction with team members but need to be able to work independently

Team Structure

• 5 buyers report direct to me

Work environment:

• Office 5 days a week

3-4 years experience

• Degree requirement: BS Degree; Associate's degree accepted with extensive experience.
