Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Procurement Agent (Entry Level or Associate) to join our team in Ridley Park, PA. The position supports sourcing strategies, contract documentation, and supplier performance monitoring.

Responsibilities include reviewing demand and supply data, executing information agreements, and negotiating in support of government procurements. Qualification requirements include procurement experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; US export controls

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
• Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements
• Support sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
• Communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Experience with Procurement
• Experience interacting with customers or suppliers regarding contract requirements and/or proposals

• Experience with negotiating, documenting and contracting for products, services and/or technologies

• Experience working both independently and in team environments
• Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 1 or more years' related work experience or and equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field

• Experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements

• Experience negotiating non-competitive, government procurements and FAR-compliant proposals that exceed the Truth In Negotiations Act (TINA) threshold

Summary Pay Range - Entry Level: $62,900 - $74,000

Summary Pay Range - Associate: $74,800 - $88,000
