A leading e-commerce platform based in Edison is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to support the merchandising team with daily buying tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing product listings, collaborating with warehouse operations, and handling vendor communications. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have legal work status in the USA without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of working experience, purchasing experience in retail and/or e-commerce is a plus.
• Must have legal working status in the USA without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing specialists in all aspects of the merchandising process.
• Collaborate with the warehouse operations team to resolve issues.
• Handle RMA requests and issue credit memos to vendors.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to process invoices efficiently.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all product details.
