We are seeking a driven and experienced Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Supervisor to join our Shared Services Center (SSC). In this role, you will lead an AP shared-services sub-team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of PO and non-PO invoices. You will leverage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor results, identify trends, and take proactive action to improve performance and ensure service levels meet business expectations.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in an automated, high-volume, SOX-controlled environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. This role also plays a key part in identifying, championing, and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and strengthen overall P2P operations.
