Job summary

Avicado, a technology consultancy focused on cloud-based tools for construction clients, is seeking a Procore Consultant in the Austin area. You will implement and integrate Procore, lead training, and coordinate with stakeholders on a remote team to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have substantial Procore experience, strong communication, and a ownership-driven mindset. You’ll work onsite up to 5 days a week and contribute to a high-performance culture with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Located in the Austin, TX area and willing to be in office up to 5 days a week
• 2+ years Procore implementation and administration experience
• 5+ years of Procore experience
• A strong understanding of the Procore finance module
• 4+ years experience in the construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with the key stakeholders; Provide a "higher level of service"
• Responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of the client’s Procore project management database
• Project management of implementation schedule and custom reporting solutions
• Coordination and delivery of training including content and materials
• Promote software adoption: uncover user barriers or resistance
• Deliver meeting minutes, status reports, and post-project evaluations as required
• Lead implementation of all Procore tools including pre-construction, project management, financials, & integration options
• Lead effort to integrate Procore with client financial systems
• Develop standard operating procedure utilizing Procore operations with client discovery

• Experience with construction project management systems (i.e., Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, Newforma, etc.)
