As the Procore expert, you will provide training, monitor KPIs, support project engineering, and collaborate across facilities and operations in a fast-paced environment in the semiconductor materials sector.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of Procore-related experience.
  • Proficient in Office 365.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Construction industry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team.
  • Post-offer drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the Procore system, including user databases, reporting, document control, and uploading of documents and drawings.
  • Provide reporting and information to support project engineering and construction.
  • Maintain required project documentation.
  • Provide ongoing Procore training for all staff at regular intervals.

  • Conduct occasional field checks as required

The Role

The Procore Administrator plays a vital role throughout the life of construction projects from startup to close out. This role works in conjunction with facilities, operations, and other key members to ensure projects have the most up-to-date documents, changes, and information. The Procure Administrator ensures the project is completed in a timely manner, with efficiency, and to FUJIFILM Electronic Materials (FFEM) standards.

Job Description

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in construction management or related field of study
  • Previous experience with the administration and management of Procore software.
  • Minimum of 3 years professional relevant experience
  • Proficient in Office 365
  • Construction experience is a plus
  • Rigorous, organized, and reliable
  • Previous Procore training experience is a plus
  • Experience with technical documentation a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization
  • This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment. One of the essential job functions is the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
