The purpose of the program is to drive long-term stability in our operations workforce which supports our key focus areas.The Processor Internship is designed to develop the critical skills necessary to become a Processor at the CHB Site. Students participating in the program will be considered as Interns only while they work through their final year towards an Associate’s Degree in Process Technology. Even though full-time employment is not guaranteed at the end of the Internship, consideration for full-time employment will be given to those who exhibit exemplary performance during the Internship Program as well as being based on available openings. Any offers of full-time employment will be contingent on academic and job performance as well as passing all applicable pre-employment testing.Participants in the Processor Internship Program will be exposed to a safe, challenging environment in which they can attend to their own personal development while contributing to the success of Ascend Performance Materials and will constantly work under the guidance of experienced Processors.
