Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Processor in Temple, Texas to support inbound drivers and coordinate the return and damage processing workflow.

You will count, scan, and input item data, sort totes, and ensure accurate inventory records in a safety-focused environment. This full-time, evening shift offers benefits starting after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, and life coverage, plus vacation and holidays after the probation period.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Count, scan, and input item label information into a computerized system.
• Sort and stack totes; shrink-wrap pallets as needed.
• Transport product and totes to designated locations.
• Process product through the inventory tracking system.
• Record, document, and destroy damaged product.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.

The Damage/Returns Processor assists inbound McLane Drivers to unload and account for products being returned from delivery or processed through the Damage/Returns Department.

Benefits you can count on:

• Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour.

Sunday thru Thursday from 9:30pm to finish.

What you’ll do as a Warehouse Processor:

• Count, scan, and input item label information into a computerized system.

Qualifications you’ll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
