Job summary

Visioneering Inc. in Auburn Hills, Michigan, seeks a Processor responsible for executing all manufacturing activities on assigned projects, including cost tracking, quality assurance, and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate in a team-oriented environment with cross-functional workers to meet schedules and quality targets. Prior related experience and CAD familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• Read and understand engineering and manufacturing drawings.
• Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and office applications.
• Experience with CAD tools such as Catia/Enovia is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand statements of work and other manufacturing documents.
• Develop and coordinate a plan with manufacturing teams to meet quality, timing, and budget goals.
• Manage progress of multiple projects to support schedules.
• Process material and work instructions through manufacturing stages, including outsourcing.
• Coordinate with team leaders to establish processes and procedures.
• Prepare and review execution plans with manufacturing teams.
• Serve as an information resource during project estimation.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and ITAR compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position: Processor

Summary Of Position

As a Processor you will be responsible for the execution of all manufacturing activities related to assigned projects including direct costs of projects, quality assurance, and on-time delivery.

Essential Functions

Daily roles include collaborating in a team-oriented environment with cross functional workers.

• Read and understand statements of work and other documents related to manufacturing requirements
• Develop and coordinate a plan with manufacturing teams to achieve quality, timing, and budgetary goals
• Manage the progress of multiple projects at a time to support manufacturing schedules
• Process material and work instructions through stages of manufacturing, including coordination of outsourcing manufacturing
• Coordinate with team leaders to establish manufacturing processes and procedures
• Prepare and review plan of execution with manufacturing teams
• Serve as an information resource at estimation phase of a project as needed
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
• Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills And Competencies

• Read and understand engineering and manufacturing drawings
