Nestlé S.A. (Gerber Products Company) in Fort Smith, AR is seeking an associate to operate and optimize pouch production. You will set up equipment, monitor processes, and perform quality checks while following GMP and safety policies.

The role involves planning methods for batching, processing, and filling areas, operating various finishers and cleaners, and collaborating with supervision to drive continuous improvement. Must lift up to 70 lbs and document all steps accurately.

Competenze

• Minimum High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to understand written English, recipes, written instructions, and perform basic math skills.
• Associate will be required to document that he/she is qualified to perform the functions of position.
• Employee must be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting (up to 70 lbs).
• Employee must support and comply with all Company programs and policies including SHE, NCE, TPM, GMPs and Safety Policies to ensure employee safety and product quality.

• Originate, plan, adapt, and organize methods to accomplish work in the batching, processing, and filling areas of pouch production.
• Set-up varied equipment for recipe specific parameters and monitor operations.
• Assemble, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment during operations to prevent failures.
