Nutrition 101 LLC in Wilkes-Barre, PA, is seeking a Processing Worker/Production Worker. The role handles materials and follows procedures to de-pack and prepare products according to company standards, contributing to quality, efficiency, and safety in the production process.

This full-time, non-exempt position requires lifting up to 50–75 lbs, wearing steel-toe shoes, and willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends or overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs.
• Wear steel-toe shoes per safety policy.
• Comfortable working in hot, noisy, or dusty environments.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including overtime.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Understand and uphold company vision, mission and values.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures in manuals.
• Arrive on time as scheduled.
• Follow verbal and written work instructions and production guidelines.
• Wear PPE including safety shoes.
• Clean containers and machines for processing, storage or shipment.
• Unload food waste (up to 40 lbs) and organize product for processing.
• Prepare semi-trailers for return to customer site.
• Maintain clean and orderly job sites; report issues and spills.
• Clean and sanitize totes per checklists and company processes.
