Job summary

HellermannTyton is hiring a Processing Technician II to support injection molding operations. You will perform machine start-ups, troubleshoot processing issues, ensure quality, and liaise between Production and Process Engineering.

You will help maintain certifications by following all policies and documentation requirements. This role supports Quality, EHS, and continuous improvement initiatives in a stable manufacturing setting with growth opportunities and a strong emphasis on safety and

Qualifications

• Must have strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently or in a team environment.
• Extensive knowledge of scientific injection molding principles.
• Knowledge of DOE and SPC principles.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions for processing issues.
• Start up injection molding presses after mold changes or repairs.
• Monitor process parameters and ensure alarms are active.
• Submit first-piece samples to the Quality Lab.
• Perform material changes and set scales.
• Manage regrind and scrap; support automation alarms and troubleshooting.
