Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follows all work instructions and SOPs, as well as Best Bev policies and safety rules.
• Accurately verifies and weighs all raw materials and closely monitors product blending and transfer.
• Monitors and tests product/batch quality and ensures specifications adhere to internal policies and standards, as well as customer and regulatory standards.
• Maintains positive workflow by monitoring process steps.
• Ensures production processes run smoothly and efficiently with an emphasis on food safety and GMP.
• Effectively communicates with Production Supervisors, Line Operators and Quality Technicians to ensure interdepartmental transfer.
• Monitors equipment and reports faults, concerns, and breakdowns to supervisor and production engineers.
• Performs visual inspections, records data, and reports material defects promptly.
• Maintains a clean and safe production area.
• Identifies opportunities for production improvement or increase.
• Follows safety rules and precautions.
