Dieffenbach’s Snacks in Womelsdorf, PA is seeking a Processing Operator for the WM Team C. This full-time role involves unloading raw product, operating peeling equipment, and ensuring smooth production in a warm, noisy environment. You’ll monitor quality, manage hopper levels, and help keep the line moving safely and efficiently.

You should be comfortable with physical work, teamwork, and clear communication. Forklift certification is a plus, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Unloading raw product and loading it into hoppers for peeling.
• Running the peeler station and monitoring performance.
• Sorting defective product and foreign materials before hitting the line.
• Communicating with kettle operators to stay on track with production.
• Managing hopper levels to ensure a consistent product flow.
• Operating conveyors and other powered equipment safely.
• Monitoring raw material quality and upholding food safety guidelines.
• Clearing waste bins and prepping area for next shift.
• Filling out logs and required paperwork.
• Reporting equipment issues or product concerns to the right team.
• Using pallet jacks, forklifts, loaders, and stretch wrappers (training provided!).
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.
• Supporting team during breaks or shift transitions.
• Taking on other duties as needed by supervisor.

What You’ll Be Doing:

What You’ll Need:
