Qualifications

• Ability to work in a warm, noisy, fast-moving environment.
• Stamina to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs) and stay active for 12 hours.

• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Forklift certification is a plus or willingness to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Unload raw product and load into hoppers for peeling.
• Run the peeler station in the basement and monitor its performance.
• Sort defective product and foreign materials before they hit the line.
• Communicate with kettle operators to stay on track with production.
• Manage hopper levels to ensure a consistent product flow.
• Operate conveyors and other powered equipment safely.
• Monitor raw material quality and uphold food safety guidelines.
