Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better required.
• Associates or higher in engineering/manufacturing preferred.
• 2+ years in food manufacturing with automated processes preferred (PLC/HMI).
• Experience in lean manufacturing or TPM environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment in the assigned area meeting quality, safety and performance standards.
• Train or perform tasks of other associates as needed.
• Perform changeovers, deep cleanings, and maintain area supplies.
• Complete paperwork accurately and comply with 5S and HACCP requirements.
• Participate in TPM teams and contribute to continuous improvement.
