Job summary

Prestige Consumer Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented Processing Operator for the 1st shift (7:00am - 3:30pm) to produce high-quality liquid product batches. You will ensure equipment sanitation and adherence to SOPs and GMPs, with responsibilities spanning batch processing, inventory, and documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of related experience, with opportunities to train staff and optimize processing operations in a cGMP environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree, preferable including Chemistry courses or the equivalent
• Minimum of two years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Process and document all batches required by production in strict adherence to batch records, SOPs and GMPs. Perform In-Process testing as required.
• Maintain raw material inventory, location, and lot control both physically and in computer systems.
• Unload bulk materials as required.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment and spaces in accordance with SOPs and GMPs.
• Maintain and operate department's purified water, material handling, and processing systems in an efficient, safe manner.
• Provide technical guidance and training to personnel as required.
• Perform other duties as required to facilitate processing operations, documentation, and compliance.
• Perform other related duties as required.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Processing Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality liquid product batches while ensuring equipment is sanitized and maintained in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY:

Safely process a variety of quality liquid product batches, and maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of the batching equipment.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Process and document all batches required by production in strict adherence to batch records, SOPs and GMPs. Perform In-Process testing as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain raw material inventory, location, and lot control both physically and in computer systems.
• Unload bulk materials as required.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment and spaces in accordance with SOPs and GMPs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires a substantial amount of walking and use of ladders.
• Must be able to lift quantities up to75 poundsand handle/position quantities up to450 pounds.
