Job summary

Nevada Pic A Part is seeking a Processing Lead to join our fast-paced operations team. This role oversees and coordinates daily processing activities, fosters safety, cleanliness, and teamwork, and supervises staff.

You will verify inspections and tool check-outs using our software, train new hires, and ensure SOP compliance to keep operations efficient and safe. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and skilled in coordinating tasks, communicating clearly, and maintaining high standards

Qualifications

• Knowledge of auto and truck parts.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Follows safety and SOPs.
• Uses company equipment safely and properly.

• Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
• Proficient with company software to complete, verify, and record tasks, including inspections and tool check-outs.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe, clean, and helpful work culture.
• Assign and monitor tasks for employees, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Assist with training new hires and lead SOP implementation.
• Use company software to support processing operations and verify inspections and tool check-outs.
• Complete shift reports, document progress, and communicate status updates.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained, inspected, and fully operational.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment.
• Adhere to dress code and company uniform policies.
• Communicate respectfully with team members and attend meetings.
• Address and report issues related to staff, inventory, equipment, or operations.
• Support efficient processing operations through leadership.
