Job summary

Advance Polybag Nevada, Inc. – Nevada is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead production operations on the 12-hour shifts in North Las Vegas, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You will supervise frontline staff, monitor equipment, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires 2+ years in a lead role, strong leadership, and basic computer skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• 2+ years’ experience in a lead capacity in a fast-paced environment.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production staff to meet daily goals while ensuring safe operations.
• Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently and quality standards are maintained.
• Lead shift with coaching and performance feedback, coordinating with Plant Manager as needed.
• Follow and enforce safety, quality, and other applicable policies and procedures.
• Manage changeovers ensuring all components are present before starting a job.
• Support HR and Plant Manager in personnel issues and performance reviews.
