We're looking for an Authentication Guarantee Team Lead to support daily eBay operations and inspire team excellence. You'll embody collector obsession by ensuring every item is handled with care, get it right every time, and bring out the best in everyone through coaching and feedback. This role requires someone who leads with integrity and kindness, and isn't afraid to put the skunk on the table when challenges arise.You'll report to the Supervisor, eBay and work from our Santa Ana, CA office. Ability to use a sharp blade and retrieve submissions from packaging.* Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.**Hourly Range:**The hourly range for this position is $23 - $26.
