We're looking for an Authentication Guarantee Team Lead to support daily eBay operations and inspire team excellence. You'll embody collector obsession by ensuring every item is handled with care, get it right every time, and bring out the best in everyone through coaching and feedback. This role requires someone who leads with integrity and kindness, and isn't afraid to put the skunk on the table when challenges arise. You'll report to the Supervisor, eBay and work from our Santa Ana, CA office. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm.
Bending and Twisting: Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, and squatting. Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time. Hand Use: Regular hand use for various tasks. Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions. Receiving and Inspecting Submissions: Ability to receive, and in some departments inspect, submissions. Ability to use a sharp blade and retrieve submissions from packaging. Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
The hourly range for this position is $25.75 - $30.29. Entry level operations positions generally start at an hourly rate of $16.80. Actual compensation in this range will be based on a variety of non‑discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
