Qualifications

• Entry-level position - no mining work experience required.
• Ability to safely perform assigned job tasks.
• Willingness to join a shift crew and learn the plant on rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties around processing plant equipment and travel areas.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and Capstone Values.
• Vehicle inspections and basic upkeep on light vehicles and equipment.
• Cleaning with shovel/wheelbarrow and floor washing with high pressure hose.
• Participate in training during 7x7 shift rotation.
• Contribute to safety meetings and operational efficiency.
