Elijahhouseliving is seeking a customer service professional in Washington to assist Costco members via inbound calls and chat. The role involves researching membership issues, product information and safety questions, and supporting with membership and billing inquiries including Executive Rewards.

You will also document member suggestions and feedback, helping maintain high-quality service across multiple platforms and systems.

Overview

Assists Costco members via inbound calls and chat. Which can include, but not limited to, researching membership issues, product information and safety questions, support with membership and billing, Executive Rewards questions, and recording member suggestions and other feedback, using multiple systems simultaneously to provide excellence in member service.
