Soules Foods in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Processing Clerk to support the Packout department on the 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM shift with a 30-minute lunch. The role involves assisting the lead and supervisor, performing production checks for quality control, and handling labeling and paperwork to keep pallets tracked.

Candidates should be able to work in a cold production environment, stand and bend, and commit to 5–7 days per week, including overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Assist the lead and supervisor with production duties, including quality control checks and M3 labeling for pallet traceability.
• Set up machinery, labeling, print labels, and prepare boxes for pack-out production lines.
• Maintain production paperwork and tool accountability forms; ensure GMP trainings and breaks.
• Commit to 5–7 days per week and may require overtime on short notice.

Position Summary / Essential Functions

This position is responsible for assisting the lead and supervisor with many duties including infinity tasks, production checks for quality control, M3 functions, assist with employee exercises and training, etc. This position reports to the lead & supervisor of process line. Perform a variety of jobs as assigned by the Supervisor.

Position Requirements

Must be able to set up of machinery, set up x-rays, and moving belts. Must be able to assist set up cleaning condensation. Must be able to do the label printing and prepare boxes for the pack out production lines. Must keep up with production paperwork and tool accountability forms. Responsible for M3 labeling to control every pallet. Must be able to coordinate activity with supervisor and assist to conduct employee exercises, GMP trainings, & breaks. Must be able stay focused on job and work effectively in a team environment. Must be able to work 5 to 7 days a week and work overtime without notice as needed. Must have excellent attendance and punctuality. W ill be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by the supervisor.

Physical Requirements

Moderate physical effort required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Must be able to stand, walk, and use hands and arms to reach, handle or feel. Must be able to stand, reach, and bend and climb stairs as needed. Must be able to work in cold environment, (40 degrees). S afety Glasses must be always worn. Work performed in a production floor environment.
