As a Client Services Associate (CSA) in the Technical Support department within Customer Service, you will act as a key liaison between our company and clients, providing exceptional support. Your main responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of support requests to maintain client satisfaction and foster positive relationships.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary task is to perform data entry to update automated records and ensure accuracy. You will batch documents, enter data from source documents, and verify entries efficiently and accurately.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Batch and organize documents for data entry.
  • Enter data accurately from source documents into automated systems.
  • Prioritize tasks based on schedules and client expectations.
  • Verify data entries for accuracy and correct errors.
  • Make corrective entries as needed.
  • Troubleshoot data issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Operate peripheral equipment involved in data entry.
  • Assist in developing formats and procedures to improve processes.
  • Maintain safety standards and report hazards.
  • Follow security and privacy policies to protect information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility.
  • Work in various environments, including office and production areas, with exposure to environmental factors.
  • Engage in activities involving twisting, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in technology.
  • Experience with maintaining and troubleshooting printers, copiers, and fax equipment is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency with computers and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Experience with data entry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed.
  • Ability to interface professionally with end users.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet attendance policies.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, grasp, reach, sit, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 pounds.

The pay range starts at $17/hr, with potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, depending on experience and skills.
