Libra Solutions is seeking a Processing Associate to join MoveDocs’ processing team. The role demands high-level data entry, autonomy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment.

The candidate should be self-motivated and comfortable working in our Denver, CO or Las Vegas, NV offices. Responsibilities include compiling and verifying data from medical provider bills, entering data for invoicing, ensuring data accuracy, and upholding HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Prior office experience preferred, especially in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Compile, verify, and sort information from medical provider bills for data entry.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct incompatibilities.
• Enter customer and account data into the system within deadlines; input medical bills for invoicing.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance for all customer information.
• Perform basic math to determine rates for certain services.
