Libra Solutions is hiring a Processing Associate to join the Processing team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will perform data entry of medical provider bills and related data, ensuring accuracy and HIPAA compliance while supporting invoicing and accounting workflows.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED with some college experience preferred, plus strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills and good communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college experience a plus.
• Prior data entry in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Basic math and HIPAA familiarity are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Compile, verify, and sort information from medical bills for data entry.
• Enter customer and account data within time limits; input medical bills for invoicing.
• Review data for errors and ensure HIPAA compliance; handle complex accounts.
• Perform basic calculations to determine rates for services.
