Housing Works was founded in 1990 with a long-term commitment to AIDS advocacy. The organization established New York State’s first harm reduction-based, OASAS-licensed outpatient drug treatment program. Other services include Health Home care management, behavioral health, and syringe exchange programs. Compensation

$25/hr - $28/hr, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Organize systems related to clothing shipments and processes.
  2. Ensure adherence to systems and timely goal achievement.
  3. Set and communicate goals for inventory, collection curation, and operations.
  4. Supervise Department Managers to maintain efficiency and policy compliance.
  5. Create production targets for apparel, shoes, and accessories.
  6. Collaborate with Department Managers to meet targets.
  7. Establish consistent pricing and inventory management systems.
  8. Coordinate with Marketing and Thrift Administration on curation for promotions and offsite events.
  9. Stay updated on fashion and social media trends.
