Guidehouse is seeking a Digital Consulting professional to support DHS transformation initiatives, focusing on automation, data analytics, and change management, primarily using the Power Platform to enhance security and operational efficiency.

The role requires 4+ years in analytics or process improvement, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust with up to 10% travel. Collaboration within teams will deliver impactful transformation tools and improvements.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust; active public trust or suitability preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years' experience in business analytics, business management or process improvement.
• 3+ years' experience with Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate).

Responsibilities

• Support client transformation efforts and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop new automation capabilities, processes and procedures for security effectiveness and efficiency using the Power Platform.
• Assist in strategic program support with process automation, data analytics and change management.

What You Will Do:

This position will play a critical role in supporting the broader team in executing the client transform their business with digital transformation efforts. Develop new automation capabilities, processes, and procedures for enhancing the security effectiveness and operational efficiency of DHS's mission-based capabilities through enhanced detection, automation, integration, and connection. This position will assist in strategic program support in terms of process automation, data analytics and change management. The position will work within teams to bring transformation tools and improvements, primarily using MS Power Platform.

What You Will Need:

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.




• Bachelor's Degree




• FOUR (4) or more years' experience in business analytics, business management or process improvement




• THREE (3) year or more years' experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate)

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Active DHS Public Trust or higher clearance




• Direct experience or familiarity with DHS law-enforcement agencies




• Advanced Power Platform experience (Power Apps/Power Automate)




• Tableau or BI software experience




• R or Python software experience
