## Business Transformation ConsultantApply: US - VA, Arlington: Full time: Posted 4 Days Ago: 43140**Job Family:**Operational Effectiveness Consulting**Travel Required:**None**Clearance Required:**Ability to Obtain Public Trust**What You Will Do:*** Support transforming organizational processes by recommending emerging technologies: including data visualization (e.g., PowerBI/Tableau), low/no-code solutions (e.g., SharePoint/Power Platform), and/or AI/ML solutions (e.g., Databricks/Python) to modernize organizational workflows and drive data-driven decisions for operations.* Develop training materials, including supporting training workshops, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), to support the adoption of Microsoft and other business management tools* Collaborate with clients and team members to gather requirements, document process flows, and translate user needs into functional specifications* Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for workflow simplification and operational efficiency improvements* Monitor and manage documentation repositories to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards* Develop and maintain dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, QLIK) and reports (MS Power Platform) that transform complex business data into actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership audiences* Perform Microsoft Power Apps operations and maintenance and UI/UX updates, including form layouts, navigation improvements, labels, instructions, and styling enhancements.**What You Will Need:*** Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
